Here's a little about the project that was chosen as a winner:
"Often, clients refine their vision for their home's potential for years before we get involved. This remodel was no exception. We worked with the homeowners to maximize their main floor by removing a wall between the kitchen and living room and vaulting the ceiling, dramatically enhancing the space and flow. We then updated the kitchen with a walk-in pantry, new cabinets, an improved layout, and a large island sink. Timeless finishes were chosen to ensure design longevity and complement the rest of the home. New hardwood floors tie everything together. "
Work we did:
-removed the ceiling and expanded up to the rafters to provide a vaulted ceiling on the main level
-gutted and reimagined the kitchen and living room including moving walls and opening the space
-completely re-worked the kitchen
-added a walk-in pantry with hidden double oven
-all new flooring on main
-new custom cabinets in kitchen and pantry
-paint throughout work areas
-new custom countertops
-many custom carpentry details
-new lighting in kitchen and living
-all new appliances
