MN Fine Homes has won the CotY Gold Award for their transformative remodel in the Logan Park area of Minneapolis. Turning an older home into an entertainer’s paradise is no small task. The project included a two-story addition, an expanded kitchen, tons of windows to let the outside in, and so much more.
MN Fine Homes was awarded in the categories of "Whole House 250k -500k" and "Entire House 750k – 1m" and was submitted through NARI Minnesota. The projects will now be submitted for consideration for the regional awards where winners move to nationals. See below for more about this stunning home.
